Thailand's Khao-I-Dang Refugee Camp sheltered 160,000 Cambodians from 1979-1993. In 2016, it reopened as a memorial site and education center. I visited in 2018. Here are instructions for how to contact and visit, some of KID's history, and my experience there. Thank you for visiting.
